I started this work because I was unprepared for perimenopause.
I didn’t have the education or knowledge to understand what I was about to experience, and struggled with physical symptoms that took me by surprise.
I wanted to make life easier for other women, so I create tools and resources to support them to navigate this time of clarity, confidence and calm.
I support women going through menopause who don’t feel like themselves – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually – during this transitional season of life.
I guide them to alleviate emotional challenges to feel like themselves again – or even better – through holistic approaches, so they can thrive at work, in relationships, within family life and while building their businesses.
I’m an advanced qualified flower and vibrational essence practitioner, as well as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner. I also develop the Tools from Nature essential oil range, tailored to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
My mission is to support women move through this life stage with harmony, energy, and a deep sense of fulfilment.
