Menopausal Harmony begins in:
You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, emotional or simply not quite like yourself through perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause.
And perhaps the hardest part is not fully understanding what's happening within you.
You may have been searching for answers, trying different things or simply doing your best to work it all out as you go.
But menopause doesn't happen in isolation.
Your body may be changing, but life is happening too.
Your menopausal transition can intersect with your relationships, family, career, money, changing roles, fertility, being childless, ageing, identity, grief and questions about what you want from the next chapter of your life.
So while you may first notice menopause through changes in your body, its impact can reach much further.
Because there is a whole woman experiencing the change and she deserves to be supported too.
Your emotions may feel more intense, uncomfortable or difficult to manage than you're used to.
Anxiety, irritability, low moods, emotional sensitivity or shifts can leave you wondering why you're feeling or reacting differently and why you don't quite feel like yourself.
Low moods can disrupt your peace, sap your energy and drain your joy,
leaving you feeling emotionally exhausted as you try to navigate everyday life.
You don't quite feel like yourself anymore. Something feels different, but it can be difficult to explain.
You may be questioning what you want or where you fit in this changing season of your life.
You might feel unsure about who you are as you navigate menopausal changes in your life. The disconnection and uncertainty you feel maybe dimming your light and makes you question your purpose.
You're overwhelmed by information. There's so much menopause advice available that knowing what applies to you, where to begin and what support you actually need can feel confusing.
You’re searching for answers but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and don’t know where to turn or where to start.
You're exhausted and drained by unpredictable symptoms, and your body feels harder to understand.
.
Changes in sleep, energy, temperature, weight, metabolism or other symptoms may be affecting how you feel physically and how much capacity you have for everyday life.
Your relationships are being affected. Changing emotions, needs, energy or boundaries can affect how you communicate and connect with partners, family, friends and colleagues.
Your relationships feel strained as you struggle to communicate your changing needs and maintain connection with loved ones
You know something needs to change. You don't necessarily want to go backwards and become exactly who you were before menopause.
But you do want to feel more harmonious, happier and more connected to yourself than you do right now.
You’re feeling out of alignment in your body, mind and emotions because you don’t have the right blueprint to follow for lasting harmony and well-being.
Perhaps you've been trying to make sense of the changes menopause is bringing to your body and the way you feel.
Your sleep may have changed. Your energy may not be what it was. Your body may look or feel different. Your emotions may feel more intense or unpredictable, and symptoms can appear that you hadn't even realised could be connected to menopause.
You've searched for answers, tried to understand what's happening and made changes where you can — all while carrying on with everything else life is asking of you.
Because there are still things to do.
Things that need finishing.
People who need you.
Responsibilities that don't simply disappear because you're going through menopause.
So perhaps you've found yourself thinking:
I've got things to do.
I need to get this finished.
I'll deal with myself afterwards.
I don't feel great, but I'll carry on.
Once I've sorted everything else, I'll look after myself.
And perhaps you've become so used to carrying on that you don't even realise you're pushing through.
Your own needs can gradually move further down the list while you concentrate on keeping everything else moving.
But menopause is already asking your body to navigate change.
Your energy may not be what it was. Your capacity may feel different. Your emotions may be harder to navigate. And perhaps you're discovering that you simply can't do everything in quite the same way you used to.
That can be upsetting and frustrating — particularly when you still have so much you want and need to do.
And when you've felt this way for long enough, you can start to accept it as your new normal.
You adapt.
You carry on.
You find ways to manage.
But somewhere in amongst everything you're taking care of, you can lose sight of what you need.
Menopause can be approached differently.
This doesn't mean you have to stop moving forward, become less ambitious or put aside the things that matter to you.
But it may invite you to reconsider how you move forward.
Not only asking:
“What do I need to do?”
But also:
“What do I need to sustain my health and wellbeing while I move forward?”
Because moving forward shouldn't continually require you to put yourself last.
Care for Self isn't about stepping away from your life. It's about learning how to include yourself in the life you're creating.
Perhaps what you need isn't simply more information about menopause.
Perhaps you need the opportunity to understand your menopause, your changing body, your emotions, your needs and how this transition is intersecting with the wider life you're living — while developing practical ways to care for and support yourself as a whole.
That's the journey at the heart of Menopausal Harmony.
Menopausal Harmony is my six-month whole-woman Programme designed to take you beyond simply understanding what's happening during menopause.
Over six months, we'll work with your body, mind and emotions to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, develop practical ways to care for and support your wellbeing, strengthen your emotional resilience and explore the wider changes taking place in your life.
Menopausal Harmony is designed to support you through a gradual journey.
So that instead of simply trying to get through menopause, you can begin making more conscious choices about how you want to care for yourself, how you want to live and what you want moving forward.
Menopause isn't always an easy transition.
It can bring changes and challenges that affect you physically, mentally and emotionally, sometimes in ways you weren't expecting.
But this transition can also become an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, pay attention to what you need and begin considering what you want for the next chapter of your life.
Sometimes the first step is simply recognising what you're experiencing.
The following six signs may help you notice some of the ways your menopausal transition could be affecting you not just physically, but in how you feel, how you see yourself and how you're experiencing your everyday life.
Because your body, mind and emotions don't experience menopause separately.
Neither should your support.
Understand your unique menopausal experience, develop greater female body literacy and awareness, and reconnect with your changing body through tracking your symptoms and body rhythms.
Reconnect with your womb and explore your relationship with this part of your changing body during menopause.
Explore practical ways to support your body through Nourish to Flourish, Hydrate for Health, Sleep Sanctuary, Movement in Motion and Stress Management
Create your personalised Care for Self Plan using these four pillars of health and put it into practice through our 30-Day Vitalise Your Body Experience, with group support, tracking and check-ins.
Explore and reframe your thoughts and beliefs around menopause, ageing, womanhood, fertility, being childless and identity, while building greater confidence, self-belief and self-trust.
Explore your emotional wellbeing during menopause and holistic ways to support your nervous system, manage stress and build emotional resilience, including Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Flower & Vibrational Essences, journaling, mindfulness, grounding techniques and essential oils.
Reconnect with what matters to you, what brings you joy and what supports you in feeling more vibrant and emotionally connected to yourself.
Bring together what you've discovered about your body, mind and emotions, what you've learned about yourself, how you've cared for yourself and how you've evolved along the way.
Explore the woman you're becoming and what's possible for you during this season.
And take time to honour and celebrate you. What you've navigated, how far you've come and the growth, awareness and changes you've experienced along the way.
You'll also have a 90-minute live online Implementation & Check-In Session each month.
This is dedicated space to come together, catch up on work you may not have completed, revisit what you've been learning, ask questions, share what you're discovering and put more of the Programme into practice.
So if life gets busy or you miss something along the way, you have a regular space to reconnect with your Menopausal Harmony journey.
You'll receive two live 90-minute online teaching sessions each month for six months, taking you step by step through the E.V.O.L.V.E. Framework. We'll meet approximately every two weeks, giving you regular opportunities to learn, explore, reflect and interact with me throughout your journey.
Each stage builds upon the one before it, creating one connected journey through your body, mind and emotions.
Can't attend live? Each teaching session will be recorded and added to your Menopausal Harmony Library, so you can catch up in your own time.
Your private community space throughout the Programme where you can connect, share, reflect and journey alongside women experiencing their own menopausal transitions.
You'll also have access to me within the community, giving you another way to stay connected and supported between our live sessions.
Your digital programme space containing your teaching replays, supporting resources such as Your Menopausal Harmony Guide, audios and programme materials. If you can't attend a live teaching session, you'll be able to return to the replay here and continue your journey in your own time.
Not because there was something wrong with the woman you were.
But because change is inevitable and transformation is a conscious choice.
Menopause brings real changes to your body, but every woman's experience of those changes is different.
This phase helps you make sense of what's happening in your body during your menopausal transition, become more aware of your own patterns and needs,
and feel better equipped to care for the body you're living in now.
Menopause doesn't only change what's happening in your body. It can also bring questions about ageing, womanhood, identity, confidence and where you are in your life.
This phase gives you the opportunity to explore how menopause may be changing the way you think about yourself and your life and begin strengthening your confidence
and trust in the woman you are now.
The emotional experience of menopause can sometimes be one of the hardest parts to understand, particularly when you're feeling more anxious, irritable, overwhelmed, low or simply not quite like yourself.
This phase helps you understand your emotional experience more deeply, discover ways to support yourself through it and reconnect with more of the joy, hope and vibrancy that may have felt harder to access.
Transformation needs space to integrate.
I don't want you to reach your final teaching and suddenly feel as though you're expected to take everything you've discovered and simply get on with it.
That's why I've created additional spaces around Menopausal Harmony to support you as you integrate what you've discovered.
After your six-month core journey, you'll receive an additional three months inside the Menopausal Harmony Hub. This isn't another three months of core teaching.
It's space to integrate, reflect, continue implementing what you've learned and allow your next steps to unfold.
Value: £348
You'll also receive nine months complimentary access to the Care for Self Hub, giving you another space to continue prioritising your own wellbeing throughout your Menopausal Harmony journey.
Value: £315
You'll receive access to my Men Supporting Menopause audio programme, created to help the men in women's lives develop a greater understanding of menopause and how they can offer meaningful support.
Value: £97
The first three women to join Menopausal Harmony will also receive three months of private portal-based support with me. All private support will take place through your dedicated portal.
Value: £441
Choose to pay in full and you'll also receive The Harmony Retreat.
Value: £222
If you choose a payment plan, you'll still have the opportunity to join The Harmony Retreat at the exclusive Menopausal Harmony participant rate of £111.
As part of my approach, I'll also introduce you to a range of holistic tools and practices that you can explore as part of your own Care for Self.
You'll learn about these different approaches and how they can be used, giving you the opportunity to explore what feels supportive and appropriate for you.
Where a practice involves a physical product, such as Flower & Vibrational Essences or essential oils, these are not included as part of the Programme and can be purchased separately should you choose to use them.
These aren't about giving you another list of things you “should” be doing. They're additional ways to support reflection, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and Care for Self throughout your Menopausal Harmony journey.
There are many ways to seek support during menopause, and Menopausal Harmony isn't designed to replace the medical or professional support you may already have or choose to seek.
My approach is different because I don't only look at what's happening to you physically.
I see the woman behind the menopause.
I have a particular interest in the emotional experience of menopause and how this stage of life can affect the way you feel, the way you see yourself and the way you experience the wider life you're living.
Through Menopausal Harmony, we bring together your body, mind and emotions, while also exploring how menopause may be intersecting with your relationships, identity, changing roles, priorities and what you want moving forward.
Menopausal Harmony can complement the other medical or professional support you choose while creating space for the whole woman experiencing the change.
I remember the first time I received an email from my doctor inviting me to an online menopause workshop at the age of forty-two.
My first thought was:
“SURELY THIS ISN’T FOR ME.”
I wasn’t ready to see myself as a woman in menopause, especially since I hadn’t had children. But my body began to show me otherwise.
During my menopausal journey, I experienced weight gain that was hard to shift, hair loss that I couldn’t explain, changes in my skin texture, unexpected hot flushes, restless nights and changes in my energy.
My blood-test results also led to me attending a diabetes prevention course, which became a wake-up call.
I realised my body had moved into a new and unfamiliar rhythm.
But my body wasn’t the only thing changing.
During this season, I was also navigating profound grief. My stepfather, the man who raised me, passed away. Eleven days later, my 24-year-old niece Nicole, who was eight months pregnant, passed away together with my unborn nephew.
1 year later came divorce and a major flood in my home. And alongside all of this, I was also going through perimenopause.
Looking back, I wish somebody had said:
“Cass, you’re going through a lot and you’re also going through perimenopause.”
That understanding has become central to the work I do today because menopause doesn’t happen in isolation.
There is a whole woman experiencing the change.
There came a point when I thought what I needed was to keep focusing on my business.
To keep building. To keep going.
Instead, during a coaching conversation with a friend, I burst into tears.
I realised what I really needed was to look after me.
I needed to see myself and recognise my own needs.
I began taking myself out of London to spend time by the sea in Whitstable. Nature gave me somewhere to pause, breathe and reconnect.
It became part of what I now call Care for Self.
Alongside nature, I began drawing more deeply on journaling, Flower & Vibrational Essences, Emotional Freedom Techniques and essential oils as part of my own holistic journey.
I did a lot of deep inner work during my menopausal transition, shedding old layers and beginning a journey of self-renewal and self-sovereignty.
Navigating divorce alongside perimenopause brought me face-to-face with my worth, my boundaries and the choices I was making for my life.
Today, I no longer dim my light, silence my truth or play small.
I’ve learned to speak up for myself and reframe menopause, shifting from fear and resistance towards greater acceptance and empowerment, especially around not having children.
At 50, I celebrate this chapter of my life with excitement.
I’m reinventing myself, reclaiming my feminine power and embracing new growth with greater understanding and strength.
I honour my Menopausal Harmony journey as a gateway to deep self-discovery.
Today, I don’t simply want to get back to the woman I was.
I’M INTERESTED IN THE WOMAN I’M BECOMING.
Today, as a Menopausal Harmony Specialist and Founder of Emotionally Evolved, I help women going through menopause who don’t feel like themselves to understand what’s happening in their bodies, reconnect with themselves and discover what’s possible, so they can move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
My approach considers the:
BODY • MIND • EMOTIONS
Because I’m not only interested in what’s happening to your body. I’m interested in the whole woman experiencing the change, and what this transition might be inviting her to discover about herself.
I SEE THE WOMAN BEHIND THE MENOPAUSE.
And that’s why I created the 4-Day Menopausal Harmony Experience.
My approach is also supported by professional training in the holistic practices I bring to my work.
I am a qualified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, with a specialisation in menopause, and a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner.
I am also a Certified and Advanced Flower & Vibrational Essence Practitioner, and as part of my training, I focused on menopause and women’s health.
I also have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Media & Cultural Studies.
And that’s why I created the 4-Day Menopausal Harmony Experience.

The custom flower essences blend she created for me feels like it was made with such care and precision. Since taking it, I’ve noticed a real shift in how grounded and calm I feel in situations that used to trigger so much fear. It’s such a gentle support, but at the same time it was powerful in helping me move forward.
I’m so grateful for this experience, Cassandra is not only knowledgeable and professional, but she also has a special gift for making people feel comfortable enough to express themselves honestly. That allowed me to get right to the heart of what I needed support with.
I had a very powerful dream the first night after starting to use flower essences. It was so vivid and tangible that I woke up with the smile that I had in my dream still on my face, and full of the joy and energy I had been experiencing in my dream. The dream unambiguously affirmed my intentions and goals. Furthermore, I have been astonished by the change in my sleep – a previously chronic, debilitating issue for me. I have started to sleep through the night uninterrupted which is something I have not been doing for years. I knew the flower essences process would be of real benefit to my wellbeing, but was not expecting such an immediate impact. I’m looking forward to experiencing how the process unfolds over the longer term. Thank you, Ms Antoine.
I'll admit I was sceptical about flower essences - I didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure if I'd feel any dramatic changes. But what happened over the course of our three sessions together was nothing short of transformational.
The shifts were so subtle at first that I nearly missed them entirely. It was only through Cassandra's gentle questioning that I realised something extraordinary had occurred.
During my first month with the essences, I found myself taking the lead on a workplace issue - something the old me would never have done. More importantly, I sent a challenging email to management and then simply let it be. No obsessive email checking, no losing sleep, no trying to soften the message afterwards. I felt completely at peace with whatever the outcome might be.
This was a complete departure from my usual pattern of worst-case scenario thinking and constant worry about the future.
What struck me most about Cassandra's approach was how she helped me recognise that my job wasn't just frustrating - it was my hiding place. I was using work to avoid facing deeper questions about who I really was and what I actually wanted from life.
The programme helped me shift from constantly seeking external validation to trusting my own wisdom and decision-making abilities
We wholeheartedly recommend Cassandra as not only does she have the know-how, she cares for the success of her students and gives accountability and feedback throughout the course.
Over your six-month journey, you'll have the opportunity to leave with:
By the end of your journey, you'll have a deeper understanding of yourself, greater clarity about what supports you and practical tools you can continue drawing upon.
So you can feel better equipped to care for yourself and make choices that reflect the woman you are now.
Menopausal Harmony may be for you if:
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You don't need to know exactly who you're becoming.
And you don't need to go backwards and become the woman you were before menopause.
You can begin by meeting the woman you are now.
Understanding her.
Caring for her.
Listening to her.
Trusting her.
And giving her permission to explore what might be possible next.
A 6-month journey to reconnect with yourself, reclaim your harmony & feel happier within yourself during your menopausal transition.
