I remember the first time I received an email from my doctor inviting me to an online menopause workshop at the age of forty-two.
My first thought was, “Surely this isn’t for me.”
I wasn’t ready to see myself as a woman in menopause, especially since I hadn’t had children. But my body began to show me otherwise.
During my menopausal journey, I experienced weight gain that was hard to shift, hair loss that I couldn't explain, changes in my skin texture, unexpected hot flushes and restless nights.
My energy shifted for the worse, and my doctor sent me on a 5-week diabetes prevention and management course due to my blood test results.
Attending this course was my wake up call. I realised my body had moved into a new, unfamiliar rhythm.
I no longer dim my light, silence my truth or play small. I’ve learned to speak up for myself, reframe menopause, shifting from fear and resistance to acceptance and empowerment, especially around not having children.
That’s why I created the 5-Day Menopausal Harmony Experience, a guided, structured journey to help you finally understand what’s happening within your body, mind and emotions.
Determined to take control, I chose a natural path that focused not just on physical symptoms but on the whole self (i.e., my emotions, mind, body and spirit).
I made specific science-based lifestyle changes, and as a result, my hair grew back and I started to lose weight.
At 50, I celebrate this chapter of my life with excitement. I’m reinventing myself, reclaiming my feminine power and embracing new growth with understanding and strength.

Through a holistic approach that blends science, nature and lived wisdom, I’ve found clarity, confidence and calm. I don’t just feel like myself again, I feel healthier, happier and more harmonious within.
Now, as an Menopause Emotions Specialist and Mentor, I help women move through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause with clarity, confidence and compassion.
I did a lot of deep inner work during my menopausal transition, shedding old layers, which marked the beginning of self-renewal and self-sovereignty. During this time, I became conscious that my choices shape my destiny.
While navigating late perimenopause, I was also going through a divorce. The shifts within my body, mind and emotions made it impossible to tolerate anything below my standards.
During this season of life, I now understand how deeply this shift influenced my decision to end my marriage.
After my divorce, I began to truly know my worth. I set healthy boundaries, started living authentically and learned to protect my energy.

I'll admit I was sceptical about flower essences - I didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure if I'd feel any dramatic changes. But what happened over the course of our three sessions together was nothing short of transformational.
