Day 4 (Live Celebration – 90 minutes): We come together again to Journal and Jam! We’ll write, move, and celebrate the freedom and clarity you’ve created.

Journaling is a wonderful way to process your emotions, transferring them from your mind to the page.
When you dance or "Jam", it's a wonderful way of shifting your energy, shaking off stress and celebrating self expression.
Join Journal and Jam to enjoy a shared group experience of writing out your feelings, dancing them out and feeling lighter and brighter.
Maybe your mind is racing with thoughts, worries, fears and concerns, which can leave you feeling low, frustrated or overwhelmed.
Or perhaps your mind is busy with ideas, strategies and conflicting priorities and you just want to get clarity, ease and flow.
We just want you to know that we understand.
The truth is, when you don’t process your emotions, they don’t disappear. They stay stored in the body, draining your energy and dimming your light.
And when your thoughts stay stuck in your mind, and you don't take the steps to get clarity, ease and flow, it leads to stagnation, frustration and often stress.
We want to acknowledge that your thoughts and feelings are real, valid and shouldn't to be dismissed.
And you also have the choice to make a shift. That's why we're inviting you to journal with us.
Journaling is such a wonderful way to process your thoughts and emotions.
Journaling is a therapeutic and proven way to express how you feel from your mind onto the page, supporting you to see thing clearly and providing you with a sense of relief.
The positive impact that journaling had on the women that attended our 5 Day Self-Care event: Balance NOT Burnout-You Get To Choice, was so profound; that it led us to create a sacred space for self expression, and Journal and Jam was birthed.
Journal and Jam is your space to let it all go. You don’t need to know what to write or have the perfect words.
Just bring whatever’s on your mind and in your heart. Something challenging, something you’re ready to release or even something light you want to express.
This is your time to reconnect with yourself, and get what's in your head and heart out onto paper.
You'll be expressing how you feel surrounded by supportive women who are also choosing to feel lighter and bright.

Journal and Jam is a soulful 4 day experience that blends expressive writing with joyful movement. It’s not just another journaling session, it’s a scientifically grounded practice designed to help you release emotional tension, reconnect with your body and rediscover your inner harmony.
Based on the pioneering research of social psychologist James Pennebaker, this experience uses the proven expressive writing method, where writing for just 15 minutes over several days has been shown to improve emotional and physical wellbeing.
You’ll be guided through a process that helps you process emotions, gain clarity, and feel lighter, all while moving your body to uplifting rhythms that free your energy and spirit.
Days 3 (Self-Guided): You’ll journal privately using your own themes and emotions, deepening your reflection and release.
