Hi I'm Cassandra and when I was going through perimenopause, life threw some of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced.
I lost my stepfather, the man who raised me from the age of four. Within just eleven days, I also lost my niece, who was 24 years old and pregnant with my eight-month-old nephew. Tragically, I lost all three members of my family within those eleven days.
A year later, I found myself divorced. It was a season of profound loss and upheaval.
During that turbulent time, there were a few key things that held me up. One of the greatest supports was the power of nature. I spent hours walking through the forest, at least three times a week, allowing the quiet and beauty to help me process my emotions.
Alongside that, I discovered the incredible support of Flower and Vibrational essences. I used them in creams, in baths and simply carried their energy with me.
They became my lifeline, supporting me emotionally, energetically mentally and spiritually.
This gift arrived at exactly the right time, helping me navigate the storm with more strength and grace than I thought possible.

As a Holistic Menopause Mentor, I blend science, nature and lived wisdom from my own experience to support women to alleviate anxiety, irritability, stress and frustration caused by menopausal symptoms that affect their relationships and confidence.
I guide them through the profound challenges menopause brings, such as relationship shifts, fertility concerns, body changes and career transitions, so they can reclaim their identity and navigate every day life with strength.
I do this through a holistic approach built on three pillars: the body, mind and emotions.
I am certified and specialised in Emotional Freedom Techniques, therapeutic essential oil blends and flower and vibrational essences, focusing on women's health.
I combine these modalities to support women in clearing emotional blocks and harmonising their energy. This uplift their vibration so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
The custom flower essences blend she created for me feels like it was made with such care and precision. Since taking it, I’ve noticed a real shift in how grounded and calm I feel in situations that used to trigger so much fear. It’s such a gentle support, but at the same time it was powerful in helping me move forward.

I'll admit I was sceptical about flower essences - I didn't know what to expect and wasn't sure if I'd feel any dramatic changes. But what happened over the course of our three sessions together was nothing short of transformational.
