My Story

As a dedicated professional in the business world, I understand the unique challenges you face in today’s fast-pace environment, and the importance of overcoming emotional and mental roadblocks to achieve true success.

I’ve supported countless of individuals, as a Project Manager, to achieve their career or business goals easier and faster by being a supportive accountability partner.

I understand the first-hand struggles of

Overcoming procrastination, overwhelm and self-sabotage whilst building my business
Going through a divorce that can adversely affected how an individual shows up in their business or job.

Dealing with the loss of three precious family members (father, pregnant niece age 24 and my unborn 8 month old nephew) all passing away within 11 days of each other, which triggered a deep and profound healing journey.

As a result of my own inner healing, I've reclaimed back my power after years of hiding from the world due to not feeling good enough, undeserving and giving away my energy far too easily.

I know what it feels like to change at a deep and profound level with the right mindset, support and strategies, and my heart desires the same for you too!
